Watercolor Bouquet + Color Burst

Hello everyone! Jenny here! Today is the last day of Kathy‘s 30Day Coloring Challenge. For today, I created a card featuring The Ton Stamp’s Watercolor Bouquet stamp set and coordinating die. I had so much fun with emboss resist technique using the Color Burst Powders and I love that the pigment look so vibrant and rich!

Here’s the card!

I started the card by stamping the Watercolor Bouquet image on watercolor cardstock in Versamark ink. I stamped the bouquet repeatedly across the whole panel and heat embossed in between with white embossing powder. When all the stamping and heat embossing was done, I gave a light spritz of clear water and sprinkled Ultramarine Blue and Prussian Blue Color Burst Powder. I spritzed more water and I heat set the panel. I splattered white opaque watercolor for more interest. I let it dry completely and die cut the panel using the largest die from The Ton’s Large Double Stitched Rectangle Dies.

Next, I stamped one more Watercolor Bouquet image on vellum this time. I heat embossed the image in white and die cut it out using the Coordinating Die. I also stamped sentiment (borrowed from the Basic Banner Stamp set) on black cardstock, heat embossed in white, and cut it down to a small banner.

On a white A2 card base, I adhered the watercolored background panel. Then I adhered a banner (white cardstock & Glossy Fine Silver Glitter Adhesive paper) and adhered the vellum cut out on top. I also popped up the sentiment banner with foam tape and embellished the card with Glass Slippers Sequins from The Ton.

That all from me today! Hope you enjoyed today’s project and thank you for stopping by! Happy crafting!
