For today’s project, I created a card that I’ve been procrastinating for quite some time. When I first got my hand on our Beer stamp set and Coordinating Dies, I instantly thought of a double action card design idea that would be a both action wobble and shaker. Since it fits perfectly to the cue word “Cheers,” I went ahead and created a fun packed, masculin card for this month’s Challenge project.
Here’s the card!
I started off by layer stamping the Beer Stamp set in Beach Blondie Dye, Amber Citrine Dye, Spiced Chai Dye, Crystal Pewter Dye, Smoky Quartz Dye, and Vanilla Frosted Cupcake Dye ink. I die cut the image using the Beer Coordinating Dies and set it aside.
Then I die cut a black cardstock with the largest die from our Small Double Stitched Rectangle Dies and heat embossed the edges with Gold Tinsel embossing powder. I also stamped the sentiment (borrowed from Born Classy stamp set) on the corner and heat embossed in gold. I adhered the panel on a black A2 card base.
I created a shaker frame by die cutting Glossy Fine Gold Adhesive paper with 3rd and 4th largest dies from the Large Double Stitched Circle Dies and adhered acetate and double layer of 3M foam tape. I placed some Gold Medallion Sequins on the middle of the card and closed it up with the shaker frame.
Finally, I adhered the Beer image on the card with a action wobble on the back. I dressed up the card with some Gold Medallion sequins and the card was complete!
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed this fun filled cheerful card! Cheers to all of you! Happy New Year!
