Hello and welcome to The Ton’s 2017 Anniversary Release Blog Hop! It’s Jenny here and you are at the right place if you just arrived from fabulous Isha Gupta’s blog. For our anniversary celebration blog hop I created couple of floral cards for our Anniversary celebration blog hop and I had so much fun coloring them both! I hope you enjoy these cards as much as I did creating them!

 

Here is the 1st card! I used one of my favorite Anniversary Release product, the Poppy Garden Cling stamp!

  • I stamped the Poppy Garden Cling stamp on a watercolor paper in Versamark and heat embossed with glitter gold embossing powder. I colored the entire panel with Gansai Tambi watercolors and let it dry completely.
  • I trimmed the panel down to 5.5″ square, swiped the edges with Versamark and heat embossed with the same embossing powder.
  • I trimmed a black cardstock down to 5.75″ square panel, adhered strips of our Glossy Fine Gold Adhesive paper on all 4 edges, and adhered it on the black card base (6″ square).
  • I stamped the sentiment from the Basic Labels Stamp set in Noir Dye ink on a white smooth cardstock, fussy cut, and adhered it on the watercolor panel.
  • Then I adhered the watercolor panel on the card using foam tape and finished the card by adding some Medallion Gold sequins.

Here is the 2nd card! For this card, I used our new beautiful Morning Glory Border cling stamp and the Brushed Hugs stamp set (revealed on Day 2).

  • I stamped the Morning Glory border image on a kraft cardstock and colored with Copic markers. I added some highlights on the flowers and around the entire image with white coloring pencil.
  • Then I stamped “hugs” image from the new Brushed Hugs stamp set in Noir Dye ink multiple times and quickly heat embossed it with with clear embossing powder. I also stamped the rest of the sentiment in Versamark and heat embossed in white.
  • I die cut the panel using the largest layer of our Double Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it on a A2 black cardbase. I tied natural twine around the card and finished the card off by adding some clear Dew Drops and some sequins from our new Disco Spring Couture Mix (Revealed on Day 3).

It’s Day 4 of The Ton Anniversary Release Week and we revealed final 5 stamps sets! I’m sharing a few fun cards today, so let’s get right to it! 

I created this first card using our new Bride Tribe stamp set, Flutter Mini stamp set, and the Lone Poppy stamp set. I kept it very feminine and girly with gold accents!

  • I started the card by stamping the Poppy outline and the vase image on a smooth white cardstock in our Copic safe Caviar Hybrid ink. I colored all the images with various Copic markers and fussy cut them out. I added some gold dots with gel pen to add more interest.
  • I stamped the sentiment from our new Bride Tribe stamp set on a vellum strip in Versamark and heat embossed in gold. I put it aside for later assembly.
  • On a smooth white cardstock, I brushed on Hollywood Star Dye ink in circular motion using the Clarity Stencil Brush to create the faint pink background.
  • Then I layer stamped the butterfly image from the Flutter Mini stamp set. I stamped the most outer layer in Caviar Hybrid ink, the inner layer in both Ballet Slippers Dye ink and Hollywood Star Dye ink. I stamped the smallest (dots on the wing) layer in Versamark and heat embossed in gold.
  • I covered the butterfly image with a masking paper and splattered some gold ink all over the panel. I let it dry completely and trimmed the panel down to 5.5″x4″
  • I die cut a pink cardstock panel using the largest die from our Double Stitched Rectangle dies. I adhered the colored images and the sentiment banner and adhered it on a A2 white card base. I cut a thin strip of our Glossy Fine Gold Adhesive paper and adhered it on the sentiment banner.
  • I finished the card off by adding some Medallion Gold sequins and some sequins from the new Cotton Candy Puff Couture Mix.

Here is the second card! I used our new Fountain Terrace Background Cling stamp for background and mixed images from the City Girls Park Life & City Girls Special day to create this soft romantic card.

  • I stamped the Fountain Terrace Background Cling stamp in Smoky Quarts Dye ink on a smooth white cardstock, die cut it with the largest die from the Double Stitched Square Dies.
  • Then I stamped different images from both the City Girls Park Life & City Girls Special day on a smooth white cardstock, colored them with coloring pencils and cut them out using Scan-n-Cut machine.
  • I created a white card base (5.5″ square) and adhered a pink cardstock trimmed down slightly smaller than the card base. I adhered the background panel and the colored images using foam tape to raise them up. I added some dots with white gel pen and Glossy Accent on the balloons.
  • I finished the card off by adding some sequins from the new Cotton Candy Puff Couture mix and Glass Slipper Sequins.

Here is the 3rd card! I used our new Fountain Terrace Background Cling stamp for background and images from the City Girls Park Life and our new Brushed You stamp set to create a perfect card for a special friend!

  • I stamped the 2 lady images from the City Girls Park Life stamp set on a smooth white cardstock in our Noir Dye ink. I masked the images and stamped the bench image over it. I colored the complete image with color pencils and fussy cut. I also stamped the balloon image from the set on vellum, colored the back side (for softer color) with Copic Markers and fussy cut.
  • Then I stamped the Fountain Terrace Background Cling stamp on a smooth white cardstock in our Copic friendly Caviar Hybrid ink for background. I colored the background panel with combination of Copic markers and the color pencils. I also brushed on Cali Blue Dye and Soft Garden Dye ink softly on the panel using the Clarity Stencil brush.
  • I stamped “You” image from our new Brushed You stamp set on the background panel in our Hollywood Star Dye ink. I also stamped “as my friend” sentiment in Noir Dye ink. Then I stamped “So lucky to have” on a strip of a black cardstock in Versamark and heat embossed ink white.
  • I adhered the background panel on a A2 sized black card base then adhered the rest of the images on the card. I used foam tape on the bench image and the black sentiment strip to pop them up.
  • I finished the card by adding some Glass Slippers sequins.

Day 3 Products:

 

 

Welcome back to Day 3! I have bright and fun cards I would like to share with you today! I really had fun creating these cards and hope you’d enjoy them as much as I did!

Here’s the first card using our new Macarons stamp set! It’s so fun to use all the images to do the layer stamping, but I went ahead and only used the outline image and colored it with watercolors. When I was done with coloring the images, I decided to leave it clean and simple. I love love love this set including the fun sentiment I used on the card! ❤

  • I started the card by stamping the macaron outline images on a watercolor cardstock (2.75″x9″) in Versamark. I heat embossed the images in white.
  • I colored the images in rainbow colors with Gansai Tambi watercolors. When it was completely dry. I stamped the sentiment (which I love so much) in our Noir Dye ink and added a line for more interest and adhered it on the cardbase (3″x9.25″) using foam tape.

Here is the second card I created using our new Sweet Macarons stamp set. I went with fun and girly look with this card.

  • I started the card by stamping the image on the watercolor paper in Versamark. I heat embossed in white and colored the image using Mijello Mission Gold watercolors. I also splattered some watercolors and shimmer pearl water.
  • When it was completely dry, I stamped the sentiment in our Noir Dye ink and trimmed it down to slightly smaller than A2.
  • I die cut a pink cardstock using the largest layer of our Double Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered in onto a white A2 card base. Then I adhered the main panel using foam tape.
  • I finished the card by adding some sequins from our new Disco Spring Couture mix.

For this third card, I created a fun circle shaped card, using our new Party Fans stamp set.

Hello, Everyone! It’s Jenny here, and welcome back to the Day 2 of The Ton Anniversary Release Week! I made 4 cards with our new Anniversary products and cannot wait to show you! So… Let’s start! 🙂

 

Day 2 Products:

 

Here are the first and second card using our new Beautiful Butterflies 1 and Brushed Love stamp set! For these cards, I didn’t do any coloring at all! I accidentally discovered that our Rose Gold Embossing Powder looks so gorgeous on kraft cardstock so I totally went for that look (plus gold)!

  • I trimmed the kraft cardstock down to 9″x2.27″ and stamped the largest butterfly image from our new Beautiful Butterflies stamp set in Versamark ink 5 times across the panel. I used the pencil guideline I drew in with T-ruler. I embossed the butterflies with our Rose Gold Embossing Powder. Then I stamped the inner layer image with Versamark again and heat embossed with glitter gold embossing powder.
  • I also stamped different butterfly images from the same set on the vellum in Versamark and heat embossed both in Rose Gold and glitter gold. I fussy cut them out and put them aside.
  • I trimmed a think strip of our Glossy Fine Gold Adhesive paper and adhered it on the bottom of the panel.
  • I created the cardbase (9″x 3.5″) which fits inside a long letter envelope. I stamped the sentiment “You are my one and only”from our new Brushed Love stamp set and heat set in gold. I adhered our Burnished Rose Gold tape around where the panel should go and adhered the panel using fun foam to raise it up a bit.
  • I folded up few fussy cut butterflies slightly and adhered them on the card. I finished the card by adding some sequins from our new Cotton Candy Puff Couture Mix and Medallion Gold sequins.

I created this A2 sized card almost the same way I made the skinny card, except using the bold and beautiful “love” image from our new Brushed Love stamp set. I also added a scrap of foil dotted acetate to add interest.

Moving on to the third card! This image of our new Dahlia Close Up Cling stamp is absolutely stunning! My original plan was to trim this image down to much smaller size, but after coloring the image, I quickly changed my mind and kept it almost to the original size as I couldn’t bring myself up to cut this beautiful image down.

  • I stamped the image on Bristol Smooth paper in Versamark using the Misti tool and heat embossed with our Rose Gold embossing powder.
  • I colored the image with various Zig Clean Color Brush Markers and let it dry completely. I trimmed it down to 5.25″ square.
  • I stamped the beautiful scripty sentiment “You got this” from our new The New Pretty stamp set in Versamark on a strip of vellum and heat embossed in Rose Gold. I wrapped and adhered the sentiment strip around the panel.
  • I made a card base (5.5″ square), adhered our Burnished Rose Gold tape around all 4 edges and adhered the panel onto the cardbase using foam tape.
  • I finished the card by adding some sequins from Cotton Candy Puff Couture Mix and Glass Slippers sequins.

Here is the 4th and final card for today! I created a fun rainbow butterfly card using our new Beautiful Butterfly 3 stamp set and The New Pretty stamp set.

  • I started the card by drawing 2 pencil lines meeting on the bottom right corner of a smooth white cardstock, leaving enough room in between to stamp the sentiment on top.
  • I masked the outer sides of the lined area and stamped the sentiment from our new The New Pretty stamp set and the butterfly images from our Beautiful Butterflies 3 stamp set in our copic friendly Caviar Hybrid ink. I colored the butterflies and the shadow in various Copic Markers.
  • Then I drew in the rainbow lines, simply using the ruler and the chisel tip of the Copic markers in rainbow colors. I made sure to wipe the ruler clean to avoid damaging the tip. I trimmed the cardstock down to slightly smaller than A2.
  • On a A2 black card base, I adhered strips of our Glossy Fine Gold Adhesive paper on 2 edges and adhered the main panel on top. I finished the card by adding some dots on the images with white gel pen.

Hello, Everyone! It’s Jenny here, and welcome to the Day 1 of The Ton Anniversary Release Week! We will be showcasing lots of beautiful new products this week. I made couple of floral cards with the new products and cannot wait to show you! So… Let’s start! 🙂

 

Day 1 Products:

 

 

 

Here is the First card using our new Thoughtful Poppies set! It’s a card with bold colors on the kraft cardstock and I had so much fun coloring this image!

  • I stamped the Thoughtful Poppies image on a corner of a kraft cardstock using our Copic friendly Caviar Hybrid Ink using the Misti stamping tool. I stamped it few times for bold and crisp outline. Leaving the stamp in same position, I turned the cardstock upside down and stamped it few times.
  • I colored the image with various Copic markers and added some details with coloring pencils. I also outlined the entire image with white color pencil.
  • I stamped the sentiment in our Noir Dye Ink and outlined it with white gel pen. I also added some white dots on the image.
  • Then I die cut the panel using the largest layer of our Double Stitched Rectangle Dies, and adhered it on a black cardbase (slightly larger on the sides than A2) using fun foam.
  • I finished the card by adding some Glass Slippers sequins.

Here is the second card I created using our new Fresh Cut Poppies Coordinating Outlines stamp set and the Scripty Alpha Upper&Lower stamp sets. This card is very bright and feminine. It was fun to play arranging the images and coloring them.

  • I started the card by arranging and stamping the poppy images. I masked one of the flower to layer the images.
  • Then I colored all the images with various Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and added some details with coloring pencils. I also used Spectrum Noir Clear shimmer pen and white gel pen to add some interest.
  • When the the images were completely dry, I stamped the sentiment “I Love You” using our new Scripty Alpha Upper and Lower stamp sets. These sets are so versatile and also perfect to create bold and elegant sentiments. I alternated Plum Wine Dye ink and Grape Crush Dye ink to stamp each letter. It was super easy to line them! I also added couple of lines and dots on the sides of the sentiment using gel pens.
  • I trimmed the panel down slightly smaller then A2 size and rounded couple of corners.  I adhered the Pink Burnished Foil tape on all 4 sides of the A2 cardbase and adhered the panel using fun foam to raise it up a bit.
  • I finished the card by adding some sequins from our new Princess Glam Couture Mix.
